Privacy policy
We'll only ever ask for what we need to run our suppers & keep in touch. Here's what that means in practice.
Who we are
Felloe is a supper club in London. We're the controller of your data, and you can reach us at hello@felloe.co.uk.
What we collect & why

Dietary & accessibility details can reveal things about your health or beliefs. We only use them to look after you at the table, and we only ask for them with your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
The mailing list uses a confirmation email: you're only added once you click the link in it. We send nothing but "tickets are on sale" emails, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We share it only with the services that help us run Felloe:
- Ticket Tailor: takes your booking & holds the waitlist.
- Stripe: processes your card payment for Ticket Tailor.
- Buttondown: sends our emails & holds the mailing list.
- Cloudflare: hosts felloe.co.uk, handles the sign-up forms and counts page views without cookies.
We also keep a private guest list so we can plan the seating & look after everyone on the night. It lives in Ticket Tailor, and only the Felloe team can see it.
Cookies & analytics
felloe.co.uk sets no cookies and uses cookie-free analytics, so there's no cookie banner. Our partner platforms may use cookies at checkout. Ticket Tailor runs our booking page and has its own privacy policy.
The sign-up forms use a hidden field and a timing check to keep bots out. They don't track you.
How long we keep it
- Booking, dietary & accessibility details, waitlist sign-ups and emails to us: 5 years.
- Mailing list: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, delete or move your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw your consent. Email hello@felloe.co.uk and we'll reply within a month. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
